Our story
From a simple observation to a new category.
We saw the same pattern everywhere: organisations invest in coaching programs, workshops and training – and the impact fades within weeks. Not because the content is bad. But because development stops when the program ends.
We asked: what if the best coaching could continue? What if every employee could keep access to expert thinking – not as content, but as a personal mentor that guides their daily decisions?
That question became Yumps. A platform that combines structured programs by leading experts, the depth of human coaching, and the continuity of AI – so development becomes part of daily work, not a one-time event.
