Camiel Kuiper is Co-founder & CEO of Yumps. His career spans entrepreneurship, AI and large-scale digital transformation, with one recurring focus: using technology to create meaningful, lasting behavior change.

Before Yumps, Camiel founded and built several technology companies, including Buddy Payment, a fintech platform that helped more than 100 Dutch municipalities, healthcare organizations and financial institutions improve financial wellbeing. Working alongside behavioral scientists, Buddy combined AI, behavioral science and Open Banking to help people develop healthier financial habits.

Alongside entrepreneurship, Camiel has led AI and digital transformation programs for organizations including ING, APG, Defence, Air Traffic Control the Netherlands (LVNL) and the Dutch government. At ING, he led AI initiatives in Financial Health, developing solutions designed to support millions of customers.

These experiences shaped his conviction that technology can make high-quality human guidance available to far more people — but only when technology, behavioral science and human expertise work together.

That conviction led to Yumps: making the expertise of the world's leading coaches continuously available through AI, helping organizations turn development into lasting behavior change at scale.

Jaco Booster is Co-founder & COO of Yumps. He believes people grow fastest when you make them stronger in what they are already good at, rather than fixing what they are not. It is a conviction shaped by 29 years in consulting, a profession where continuous learning is the job itself, and where he saw time and again that people who build on their strengths find energy, excel and come into their own.

Consulting taught him a second lesson: nobody delivers great work alone. Successful teams are made of people who complement each other and dare to sharpen one another, and that requires real self-knowledge. Knowing where your strength lies, and knowing who you need beside you to cover what you lack. Jaco applies that lesson to himself first. He is an ideas person and a problem-solver, happiest rolling up his sleeves in the thick of the work, always drawn to the road less travelled, and enough of a dreamer to need co-founders who occasionally pull him back to earth. At Yumps, he found exactly that.

The idea behind Yumps started with an observation: the older you get, the faster time seems to move. When you are young, everything is a first. Your first day at school, your first bike, your first driving lesson. Later in life the firsts run out, and time compresses. Years ago that insight led Jaco to build an app that pushed people out of their comfort zone with experiences they had never had before, literally changing how they perceived time. AI made it possible to take that idea much further. New experiences became developmental ones, and the question became obvious: if you want to grow, who better to learn from than the very best experts in the world?

That is what Yumps does. It makes hyper-personal development possible by combining AI with the knowledge of leading experts, so that everyone gets the growth experience that fits them specifically. Becoming stronger in what you were already good at, in a way that gives you energy. And as an additional benefit, it doubles your sense of time.

As a kid, Rik dreamed of becoming an inventor. Tinkering with new technology and creating things that didn't exist yet.

As an engineer with roots in software, artificial intelligence and robotics, he succesfully founded Reach Supreme / Inteleads: a platform for automated lead generation and email sales automation.

He then partnered with numerous companies to build custom software and AI products from mobile apps to custom AI agents. A highlight was a collaboration with Google Quantum.
